Company principals Joseph Ware and Richard Samaroo have a combined industry experience of over 80 years. The entire team has decades of experience in project development, technology selection and licensing, process design, project management, plant management, process operations and maintenance.
The company was formed in the year 2000 and serves clients worldwide. The company has developed improved operating strategies and supported the development of projects for clients in Europe, Asia and North, Central and South America
Leadership
Joseph W. Ware
Joseph W. Ware holds a B.S. in Chemistry from St. Lawrence University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University. He has over 45 years of chemical industry experience with a focus on vinyl chain products. Joe brings added experience with his extensive history of technology benchmarking, manufacturing excellence, economic analysis and plant design.
Richard T. Samaroo
Richard T. Samaroo holds a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. He has over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry with a broad spectrum of experience in manufacturing, project development and execution, plant design, process development and product research. Richard has global experience with major emphasis on chlorovinyls, including licensing of EDC, VCM and PVC process technologies.
